油的污染及处理
矿物油对树脂的污染主要是吸附于骨架上或被覆于树脂颗粒的表面，造成树脂微孔的污堵致使树脂交换容量降低，周期制水量明显减少。
此时，应查明原因，消除故障，防止油继续漏入。对已受油污染的树脂可用~60℃的8%~10%氢氧化钠溶液循环清洗，清洗中保持溶液浓度。也可用适当的溶剂(如石油醚、200号溶剂汽油)或表面活性剂(如聚氯乙烯辛烷基苯酚)清洗。
